 These general rules and conditions governing the relationship between the Times Tower Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "TIMESTOWER.BG" on one side and the visitors and users of the Internet store , located at address (domain ) http://www.timestower.bg / ( hereinafter Website ) .

By clicking on any item, link or button on the pages of http://www.timestower.bg ( excluding the link to these Terms ) the user agrees fully accepts and undertakes to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

 

1. REGISTRATION

On line shop  TIMESTOWER.BG offers visitors to register and to see the products and services presented therein. TIMESTOWER.BG registration is not mandatory.

With the registration you receive a promo code for 5 BGN, which you can use on your first purchase from TIMESTOWER.BG. Registration entitles you to accumulate points with your purchases made after log in to the online store which you can Use for  the next purchase as form of a discount. With every 100 BGN from your purchase you will receive a promo code for 5 BGN.

Upon registration, you must enter the address that will be used to supply, Your full name, e-mail, phone numbers. It is necessary to choose a password. After successful registration each contract you can vary your contact telephone number and / or shipping address.

With marking  the box " I agree with these conditions" the customer makes an electronic application under the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act , which declares that  is aware of these conditions and accept them fully .

2 . PRIVACY

Data that the website receives upon registration will be used solely for the reception, processing and fulfilling orders , delivering information in the form of a newsletter and connect with users in case of any problems with the order. 3 . ORDERS

Orders are accepted on site 24 hours a day on weekends and on official holidays. When creating your order, you will be able to see the products You wish to buy and their prices, your full name , e-mail, telephone , address , delivery and payment .

Photos and previews showing the colors of the products may look different, depending on the settings of your monitor.

You may correct the information before completing or to confirm your order.

All orders completed by way of payment by bank transfer, credit or debit card through our Virtual POS, be regarded as being bound by a contract between the client and TIMESTOWER.BG, ONLY after a successful payment.

If failed payment of such contracts, same are stored for 7 days in your customer account, with the ability to try to pay for them again in the same or other manner. If no payment is received within this period , the orders are deleted from the system.

For each stage of the processing of the order You will be notified by e-mail . Status of the current and all previous orders, you could track by your customer account, which is accessible after entering your username and password.

4 . PRICE OF ORDER

The final price of the contract is calculated as the sum of the ordered item. All prices include VAT and are NOT subject to change after ordering until payment.

The final price of the contract does not include the fee for c.o.d./ cash on delivery / (if you choose this method of payment ) that the courier charge on the value of the contract . This amount, together with the cost of the contract is due and payable to the courier upon delivery of the order.

5 . PAYMENT

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery is one of the most popular methods of payment. With it, you can pay the goods purchased at the time of delivery by the courier. Please note that selecting this payment option, you will be charged an additional fee of the value of your order to the courier!

  

6 . TERM AND Shipping

 

For orders over 50.00 BGN delivery is FREE

Delivery time is as follows:

a) For all orders placed on a working day before 16h . - Delivery is made within 2 working days, try this period is as short as possible.

b) For all other orders - Saturday, Sunday or public holidays , the order will be sent within 2 working days from the first working day after the holiday .

An additional fee is owed when paying with cash. The fee for COD orders for delivery in Bulgaria (amounting to 1 % of the value of the contract) is not included in the value of your order and will be charged separately to the courier.

For each step in the processing of your order you will be notified with e-mail.

7 . PROBLEMS IN IMPLEMENTING THE CONTRACT

Fulfillment of your order could be prevented by any of the following reasons:

1. One or all of the goods ordered are not available, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.

2 . No payment or delayed payment by the user if it is  chosen bank transfer or electronic payment ( POS or epay.bg)

3 . The user has specified an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

4 . There is Lack of telephone number or incorrect telephone contact with the consumer.

In case of delivery problems attributable to TIMES TOWER all additional costs are on us .

In all other cases , post- shipment will be at your expense .

7 . DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

When situations arise in connection with the outstanding issues, the client has the right to address the question of issues to our customer service on the Contacts page of the website.

8 . DISCLAIMER AND REPLACEMENT OF THE GOODS

You as a client have the right to cancel the ordered goods within 7 days of receipt of goods if they are not used except for the sample ( the functionality of the product matching size) the integrity of their packaging and stored presentation is not damaged (all labels, stickers etc. must have the goods ), which was obtained and the conditions under Article 55 of the CPA .

In finding a defective product up to 24 hours . of receipt and in the intact presentation of the product and its packaging , we are committed it will be replaced with a new one under warranty of the manufacturer or the company to restore you paid value of the goods under Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act , from the date where users like you are exercising their right of withdrawal. · Not to violate foreign material or immaterial , absolute or relative rights and interests, such as property , intellectual property, etc. . ;

· To notify immediately TIMES TOWER and the relevant authorities in case of infringement committed or using the services provided;
